The wonderful Abi Mac.

Scent Profile –

“A lovely feminine scent of sheer lily and white rose, a crisp beautiful scent with undertones of bergamot and cedar wood, a real unforgettable scent.”

In September 2019, aged just 10 years old, Abi was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Reeling from the shock she was warned that treatment, if successful, would take at least two and a half years.

She is scheduled to finish her chemotherapy in January 2022, at which point we can only hope that we have done enough. Over the last two years, she has endured 14 blood transfusions, 11 platelet transfusions, daily chemotherapy, lost her hair (twice), been critically ill with sepsis and been under general anaesthetic dozens and dozens of times.

She has regular lumbar punctures and has a line sticking out of her chest, which she cannot get wet, which allows them to administer the chemotherapy. The treatment has been brutal, but the outlook is positive at this point. Throughout each painful stage, Abi has shown resilience and grace and never once felt sorry for herself.

She has dealt with the emotional aspects of her treatment with courage and a maturity far beyond her years. She has excelled in her first year of secondary school, despite missing an extraordinary amount of time due to hospital stays and exudes a positivity which is simply remarkable.

An enormous chunk of her childhood has been stolen from her because of cancer, but she continues to look ahead and embodies a true warrior.

I have been in contact with Abi and her mother, Sam, for the past few months, and something which you can see in the pictures above, Abi always has a smile on her face.

ALL Proceeds from this fragrance, (Not Profits, ALL Proceeds) will go to continuing to support Abi and her family, and ensuring that smile of Abi’s never fades.
